Provides necessities of life including free food, new or discounted clothing, shelter, rent assistance, funds for paying utilities or cooling bills, furniture, transportation, medical, health care needs and other emergency needs to the working poor and low income. In addition a free noon meal is furnished for the hungry Monday-Friday of each week. While the availability of resources is limited, the agency will do what it can to help seniors, children, and the less fortunate in Mississippi make it through a crisis.

Hands UP Outreach is a multi-purpose ministry of Rankin Baptists striving to model the love of Jesus Christ and to meet needs of the broken and wounded of Mississippi.
The new Grace Center is located in Richland, MS for male and females. It is a day resource center for the un-employed, un-educated, and un-churched coming out of our Prisons in Rankin County. The center does not house people but partners with other Transition Houses and churches to help the Ex-Offender find their place back in our community. Ex-offenders and families can get help with support groups, money management, Celebrate Recovery, GED Tutoring, Reading, Computer skills, Job Skills, Life Skills and Bible Studies.
